SD Worx expands Irish footprint with acquisition of Intelligo

SD Worx, the leading European HR solutions Provider, has acquired Intelligo – an Ireland-based supplier of HR and Payroll Software and Outsourcing Services – to further expand its presence in the Irish market and to strengthen its portfolio of own payroll and HR software.
Established 26 years ago, Intelligo has been a trusted payroll partner for many leading brands across Ireland and beyond. Intelligo’s award-winning solutions and services portfolio – MegaPay, MegaHR and MegaPay Outsourced – all provide innovative solutions to every major industry in the private and public sector from telco, ‘Big 4’ advisory firms, government departments, retail and more, with companies ranging in size from 200 to over 40,000 employees. Intelligo processes almost 40,000 payslips each month.
Intelligo is headquartered in Wicklow, nearby Dublin (Ireland), and has a workforce of 67 employees. They have been the SD Worx payroll partner in Ireland for 16 years, making the acquisition a natural decision for both companies. This existing relationship will help guarantee business continuity, and customers can benefit from the expanding SD Worx geographical scope, as well as access to the company’s broad HR offering.

The price of the acquisition will not be disclosed.
